Our courses are designed around your workplace, your needs and the people you interact with on a daily basis.

Our team spent time with people from the hospitality industry. On the whole mental health has not been given the attention it deserves and a lot of the support currently given is patronising or impractical.

We wanted to develop a course with YOU in mind.
