Mental Health Responder Courses
We want people to go away more confident, more supportive, and more empathetic.
Our courses are designed around your workplace, your needs and the people you interact with on a daily basis.
Hospitality
Our team spent time with people from the hospitality industry. On the whole mental health has not been given the attention it deserves and a lot of the support currently given is patronising or impractical.
We wanted to develop a course with YOU in mind.
ENGAGING
People's attention spans are pretty short. We went out to create discussions that inspire learning.
PRACTICAL
We want to give practical information and tips that can be implemented at home and in the workplace
ACCESSIBLE
We want it to be easy-to-understand. We made sure that we were inclusive and make adjustments where needed.
UNDERSTANDING
We show empathy. When delivering our course or working with businesses. It's all about yoiur mental health.
Corporate
Our team has seen the pressures of the corporate world. We understand the demands, the deadlines, and the culture. This course has been created to support you and to allow managers to help shift the workplace culture.
